Why are some of the numbers wrong ?

Some have gotten their stats file messed up. That means that it is not the application that does anything wrong, it is TF2 that has saved the file with an error one or more times. Especially around one spesific TF2 update, this happened a lot.

If you are unsure whether it is your stats file, or the application, you can check it. Do that by opening your .dmx file in notepad (if you don't know where to find it, just use the export function "View Menu" => "Export").  Look up the value(s) that are wrong in the application, and check them. Are they wrong in the .dmx file too? Then I can't do anything about it. Are they okay there? Then double check that they are actually wrong in the application, and send me a mail about it.

Why are all the classes BLU, except the spy, who is RED?

Because the spy is a spy..

Why does the average number of rounds say 1.00?

Because the averages is calculated per round. That means that you usually play one round per round.

What exactly is a round?

Robin Walker answered this question for us:

In the stats context, a round is actually a single life.

A stat round also ends when the game round ends. So if the timer expires, all the stats you’ve earned since you last died are rolled up into a stat round. That’s why you have more rounds than deaths.

Can I do anything to help you?

Yes, you can translate the program into your language, or update the current translation (if any). There might also be a possibility to donate to keep the servers up when (if) the online comparison database is launched. But the application will remain free.

Why do I need this?

You don't need it, but I think you may find it useful! It shows a lot more information than the in game statistics, and features graphs, export possibilities, and more. And even more will be added soon.

Why does the application import all my screenshots every time the screenshots window loads?

It doesn't. It just loads the thumbnails into the list. Only images that haven't been converted or copied into the application folder (that means images you took after the last time you ran the application) will be imported.
